Our team
Our core team joined us from a spectrum of backgrounds and experiences. We combine expertise in finance, real estate, engineering, automation and traditional construction and carpentry to deliver on our vision. From the fundamental steps of manufacturing SIPs panels, to framing a SIPs home, to finding the right property for our buildings, our team can deliver on a project from start to finish.
Our history
After our core founders saw the value Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) could give to homebuilders and homeowners, we decided to manufacture SIPs in our own plant in Skiatook, OK. After supporting some custom building projects with SIPs, we realized the best way to prove the concept and show the benefits of SIPs would be to construct our own modular-homes and deliver them to land in the Tulsa-area.
